When you work with us at Think Big Marketing, we’ll set you up with your own Onboarding system designed to take the hassle out of bringing on new LP® partners. Because our systems grow as you do, we’re always open to feedback and requests to optimize how we do what we do so that we can help you better.

New Campaigns:

With each partner you bring on that works with Think Big, the process is as follows.

  • Fill out onboarding form with new partner information

    • Whether they’re an installer, dealer, or home builder

  • Our team gets to work building out assets for your particular campaign- including landing pages, ad copy and a structured budget unique to every campaign.

  • After assets are ready to go we send to you (and the brand partner if applicable) for approval before everything goes live.

  • After Approval - We launch, the campaign goes live, and your new partner is notified every time a lead comes in. For some campaigns where the TSM is the point of contact, you’ll be notified as leads come in.

  • Ongoing access to reporting.

    • Like we stated above - Reporting is crucial to a good marketing campaign. You’ll have immediate and ongoing access to the individual campaign dashboard as leads are delivered to your partners, and you’ll receive additional reports from our team as the campaign progresses.

  • After a campaign wraps up, our team puts together a final report for your records.

Individual TSM Records/Assets:

Currently, we house all campaigns, along with launch dates, links to each campaign dashboard, creative, invoices, onboarding forms, reporting documents, and all other important metrics, in each TSM’s own individual spreadsheet. (Fancy, we know:)

Whether a lead calls, or fills out a form, you are notified immediately and that lead is captured and sent to you.

We build your partners thier own landing page (mini lead capture website) in our marketing system so that we can drive traffic to a page that is specifically for them, with a message we know converts.

We don't want to confuse contacts by sending them to your LP® Partner's actual website, as we're targeting leads for a specific reason. They’re looking for siding, or they’re looking for someone to install that siding for them.

Because they usually have questions and want to talk to an expert - your partner's team - we provide them with channels they can easily use to get in direct contact with your business.

This ultimately eliminates confusion on their part, and boosts conversions from new leads.

National or Regional Multi-Location Campaigns

We have pushed the boundaries on what is possible when it comes to generating leads for LP® Smartside and your target LP® partners- Especially when it comes to multi-location campaigns.

Our multi-location campaigns have been very successful. Run nationally across Canada for both installers and dealers.

Utilizing the Latest in AI Voice and AI Workflows

AI has come a long way, and while some customers don't love it, the adoption rate of AI assistants by leads makes Voice AI a no brainer.

We have developed a powerful AI Voice assistant that integrates with our National Multi-Location campaigns to deliver quick results over the phone.

As a call comes in, our Voice AI (Susan & Veronica) asks leads a few simple questions. It then queries our system to find the perfect fit/partner for their siding needs.

Whether it’s an installer, dealer, or LP® Corporate our Voice AI system answers all questions related to your products swiftly, and professionally every single time. It seamlessly transfers the caller to the right business, sends the lead a text with the proper business information, and the business the lead information for proper follow up. All while adding that new lead to our lead management system.

Automated Follow-up and Easy-to-Use Lead Management

Letting your LP® Partner's leads know they've received their request is as important as getting them to click.

Speed-to-lead doesn’t work if there’s no way to track and follow up on leads.

That’s why our team built a proprietary system to track and segment leads as they come in. Giving each business and TSM access to lead sheets and reporting so they can make sure they’ve followed up with each lead, whether they caught them on the first pass through, or need to call them back.

Our lead management system makes it easy for your LP® Partners to track leads and convert them to paying customers.

After every lead comes in we'll:

  • Send the lead an email or a text

  • Send you an email or a text (if required)

  • Add the lead to your lead management reporting dashboard

  • Send the business a link directly to thier leads, so they never have to search for their leads again.

Your Digital Phone Number

By using a digital number we open the gates to better reporting, better lead management, and better follow up.

The digital number forwards directly to any line in the business, provides call transcripts, and engages marketing automations.

When your target market likes to call you, what do you do?

You build a digital system to track and forward phone calls via digital numbers, so that you know who calls, what they called about, and when they called, ensuring the lead reaches the business in a timely manner.

Not everyone wants to fill out a form, a lot of leads still prefer to call when it comes to getting the siding info they need quickly. That’s why we’ve implemented a system to take calls online via the business's co-branded marketing funnel or through Google Local Service and Call Extension ads to forward directly to the business in real time.

Lead information is captured when possible, and their phone numbers are stored in the Lead Management System for the business and TSM.

Each lead is followed up on, and the business receives a report on each caller who comes through, with a personal link to their lead management sheet.
